How we deal with your request differs according to the point of sale depending on where you purchased your product.
Case No. 1. The product was purchased through a retailer (i.e. Garden Centers/web retailer). Please contact them so that they deal with your request and tell you the procedure to follow.
Case No. 2. The product was purchased on our e-Shop. Please complete the form addressed to our customer service.
We will need your order number and photos of the issue in order to process your claim.
