Once your order is paid , a confirmation and an invoice are sent immediatly. It will have the status “ processing ”
As soon as it has been prepared by our warehouse and handed over to the carrier, it will have the status “shipped” or “completed.”
You will then receive an email from us and from the carrier to inform you of the pickup and scheduled delivery date.
Your order may include several packages, each with its own link. Delivery may be made in several shipments.
You can track your package online by clicking on Order tracking or via your customer account.
Connect to your account, and click "My Orders". You will see a link to the carrier website.
You will also receive emails automatically from us informing you about the progress of your order.
The carrier will also notify you by email as soon as your order has been picked up and delivery scheduled.
