Before any return, we would ask you to request a Return Label (Fedex) by connecting directly to your customer space or contacting the customer service by email at aftersales@lafumausa.com or via the contact form.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products. It will be deducted from your refund (amount based on the price of the product) $25 or $40 minimum depending on your location.

We recommend you return complete products, in their original packaging with the labels attached. Products returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged or dirty will not be recovered.
- Drop the package at a post office or get it collected by a carrier.
You are strongly advised to keep proof of return stamped by the post office or signed by the trader.
