As soon as the payment is made you cannot amend or cancel an already finalised order.
Here's our suggestion :
- Contact us via our form during our opening hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm french local time) within one hour of placing your order. We will then try to intercept the preparation before delivery to the carrier in order to cancel it.
- If your order is already ready to be handed over to the carrier or if we are unable to assist you, the only solution is to refuse delivery or send it back to us. As soon as our logistics department has received your return, a refund will be made using the original method of payment for your order.
