Firstly, we recommend checking the below:
- The email might be in your "junk emails" folder.
- If you still cannot find it, log in onto your customer account and look in your Order history. You should see your order and its status.
If you cannot see your order or if the status is cancelled, that means the order and payment have not gone through and you will need to place the order once again.
